Our founder, lived with his sister with Cerebral Palsy, who relies on daily home care. He started BlueBonnet Home Health after years of watching a revolving door of caregivers come through their own front door. Every caregiver we hire and every placement we make passes one test:"Would I trust this person to care for my own sister?" If the answer isn't an enthusiastic yes, they don't work for BlueBonnet.
Who our caregivers are
How we match caregivers
We match each client with a caregiver based on personality and care needs, not just availability. Under our No-Stranger Promise, the same caregivers stay on your schedule, because familiar faces build trust, especially for people living with dementia.

BlueBonnet Home Health is a licensed, locally owned non-medical home care agency in Houston. We help seniors and families with personal care, companionship, dementia support, respite, and 24-hour and live-in care across Greater Houston, including Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Conroe and Spring.
Our mission is simple: give every family the kind of caregiver we'd trust with our own. We accept private pay and long-term care insurance, and we handle the insurance paperwork so families can focus on being family again.
I grew up with a sister who has a disability and relies on daily home care. For years, our family lived with the revolving door of caregivers: new faces every few weeks, and the constant worry of wondering whether the person walking into our home was kind and capable. I saw agencies put filling shifts ahead of the people they were caring for.
I started BlueBonnet Home Health because Houston families deserve better than that. When I interview a caregiver, I ask myself one question: "Would I trust this person to care for my own sister?" If the answer isn't an enthusiastic yes, they don't work for BlueBonnet. We call it the Sister Standard, and it applies to every hire and every placement we make.
Home care should help people keep living their own lives, in their own homes, on their own terms.
