How do I find home care agencies near me?
Go to our Find Agencies page and type in your city or ZIP code. You will see every licensed agency in your area.
Is it free to search for agencies?
Yes. Searching, comparing, and contacting agencies is completely free for families. We will never charge you.
How do I know if an agency is licensed?
Our directory pulls from public state licensing records. You can also check your state's health department website to verify any agency's license.
What if I have a complaint about an agency?
Contact your state's home care licensing department. They investigate complaints about licensed agencies. You can also reach out to us and we will point you in the right direction.
For agency owners
How do I create an account?
Go to the Register page and sign up with your email. You can set up your agency profile right away.
How does Partner Coverage work?
When a caregiver calls out, post the shift to the network. Partner agencies send qualified caregivers from their roster. You review, pick one, and your client is covered. A no-poaching agreement protects your clients.
How do I add caregivers to my account?
From your dashboard, go to the Caregivers section and add them by name and phone number. They will receive an SMS to complete their profile.
How do I track caregiver certifications?
The Compliance section of your dashboard shows all caregiver certifications, their status, and expiration dates. You will get alerts before anything expires.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. HomeCareAtlas is built to work on your phone, tablet, or computer. No app download needed — just open it in your browser.
Account and billing
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. You will get a link to set a new password.
How do I cancel my account?
Contact us at [email protected] and we will take care of it. Your data will be deleted per our privacy policy.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We encrypt all sensitive information, follow HIPAA guidelines, and host on secure infrastructure. We never share or sell your data.
