Help us fix home care

Home care is a $100B+ industry run on spreadsheets, phone calls, and paper. We're building the tools to change that. Want to help?

Why HomeCareAtlas

Most home care agencies are small, independent businesses. They don't have enterprise software budgets or IT teams. We're building a platform that gives them the same tools the big companies have — scheduling, compliance, shift coverage, and a public directory — at a price they can afford.

Real impact

Every feature you build helps families get better care and helps small agencies survive and grow.

Early stage

You'll shape the product, not maintain someone else's decisions. Your code ships to real users fast.

Remote first

Work from anywhere in the US. We care about what you build, not where you sit.

What we offer

+Meaningful equity — you're building this with us
+Flexible hours — we care about output, not hours logged
+Remote work — anywhere in the US
+Direct access to the founder and product decisions
+A product that helps real people every day
+No bureaucracy — just build, ship, and iterate

Who you'd work with

HomeCareAtlas is founded by someone who saw firsthand how hard it is to run a home care agency. The tools available to small agencies are either too expensive, too complicated, or built for hospitals — not for the people who actually show up at someone's door every day. We're fixing that, one feature at a time.

You'll work directly with the founder. No layers, no middle management. If you care about building something that matters and you like moving fast, this is the place.
