Best Life Harbor was founded by Robert D. Jarvis Jr., who spent more than a decade helping organizations open doors for people who were too often overlooked, including people with disabilities. Along the way he saw how much a single caring, well-matched person can change someone’s life. He built Best Life Harbor to bring that same belief to home care in Washington, DC, where families deserve caregivers who see the whole person, not only the task list. Robert was led to this area after seeing close friends and family suddenly need life supportive care.
