Beyond her corporate leadership, she serves as the CEO of the non-profit Hope Initiative Sierra Leone, reflecting her lifelong commitment to global health and humanitarian aid.
A dedicated coach and mentor, Zynab is passionate about empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals and leaders, blending her deep medical knowledge with a heart for service.
