Where our data comes from
We build agency profiles from publicly available data — state licensing boards like the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), and the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Every agency in our directory has a real license, a real address, and a real phone number pulled from official records. For Medicare-certified agencies, we also display quality metrics — patient care star ratings, outcome measures, and hospital readmission rates — sourced directly from CMS.
Our state licensing guides are researched from primary regulatory sources: state statutes, administrative codes, department of health websites, and official application forms. We do not rely on secondary sources or AI-generated content for regulatory information.
Free for agencies. Always.
Claiming your listing, updating your profile, and receiving inquiries from families costs nothing. Operational tools like scheduling and Partner Coverage are available as you grow.
